Meet Our Founders
Kara Jenelle Wade
Kara earned her Bachelor of Arts in Dance Education & Performance from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She created Delta Chi Xi with the purpose to serve in Dance Departments on a collegiate level, as well as to build a network for dance professionals. She is currently pursuing her career in the Los Angeles area, and has been blessed to tour internationally with Step Afrika!, perform live with Fantasia & Kat Graham, and appear in music videos for Chris Brown, Pharrell Williams, Sean Kingston, and more. Beyond her performance career, she strongly believes in giving back to others as she has raised sponsorship for her mission trips and study abroad to Kenya, El Salvador and South Africa. While she continues to develop as an artist, she also pours into the growth of Delta Chi Xi for her fellow students of dance.
